Our Mission

Seawiches started with a simple idea: food that is delicious and good for you. Our menu is mostly plant-based, the reverse of most restaurants, with fish, shrimp and meat options for anyone who wants them.

Everything is made in-house, from our tofu, breads and burger patties to our sauces, mayo, vegan cheeses and kombucha. We cook with fresh local ingredients, like island-grown microgreens and locally grown oyster mushrooms, and never use artificial flavors or preservatives.

When the sun goes down, Seawiches becomes a lounge. We serve handcrafted cocktails and a wine list from around the world, and every Friday and Saturday some of the best DJs in Central America play electronic music.
